I am in a transition for the last 7 years or so. I have read your book transitions thru an thru an still use it. Yet I am not quite moving on too a new life. I know where an what my new life should look like but it seems as if i have too slip thru a narrow crack in the universe too have it. That new life goes against my role in the family I grew up in . I have recently had a chance too leap into that faith, but fear sabatoged it. I sabatoged it. Any advice? sap

Glad to hear it. And Launch While Working sounds like a good strategy. I'm all for leaping, but launching while having the income sounds like a good approach too! Thanks for sharing the article.

Love that quote: "Leap, and the net will appear). I am a huge fan of people pursuing their entrepreneurial purpose and passion. I've been working hard to over the last year to create a community of professionals who are bridging the gap by launching their business part-time while working full-time. I look forward to sharing this article with my network.

Tim

Good point. Often we've got accountability and responsibility for creating a result without having the authority. Without the skills of influence, project results rarely achieve their full potential.
